This hotel has a pleasant and modern vibe, which is likely to appeal to business travelers and individuals looking for a stylish place to stay. The rooms are clean and spacious, with full kitchens and comfortable living spaces. The location is also a major plus, being close to the Tampa Riverwalk, Amalie Arena, and various dining and entertainment options. However, there are some issues to consider. One major problem is the inconsistency in the level of service. Some guests have reported excellent experiences with friendly and helpful staff, while others have been left frustrated by poor communication and lack of assistance.Additionally, the hotel seems to be still figuring things out, particularly with regards to the technical aspects of the building. Some guests have experienced issues with the elevators, Wi-Fi, and laundry facilities. These problems can be frustrating, especially for guests who are counting on these amenities.Another issue is the parking situation. While the hotel does offer parking, it can be limited and may require guests to park in a nearby lot. This can be inconvenient for some guests, particularly those with mobility issues.Overall, this hotel has a lot of potential, but it needs to work on providing consistent service and ironing out some of the technical issues. With a little more attention to these areas, it could be an even more enjoyable and convenient place to stay.
