The business location, Mindful Storage, is situated at Building 900, Cypress Pkwy Parkway, Kissimmee City. The facility provides a range of storage services, including climate-controlled units, and is accessible to customers with wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance. Reviews from previous customers praise the cleanliness of the facility, the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, and the excellent customer service provided by Frank and other employees. Many reviewers highlight the convenient location, ease of access, and affordable prices as significant advantages. Some reviewers mention that the facility has free moving trucks for use, which makes the storage process more efficient. The staff is also commended for being professional, courteous, and willing to go above and beyond to assist customers. On the other hand, one reviewer expressed dissatisfaction with the price increase, feeling that it was unreasonable and not justified by any additional services or benefits. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, and most reviewers have had positive experiences with the business. The Mindful Storage facility is open from Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm and on Saturday from 9 am to 5 pm, with Sunday hours from 12 pm to 5 pm. The business accepts debit and credit cards for payments.Overall, the reviews suggest that Mindful Storage is a well-regarded storage facility that prioritizes customer satisfaction, cleanliness, and accessibility. However, the recent price increase has raised concerns among some customers, and it's essential for the business to address these concerns and communicate changes clearly to maintain customer trust.
