This location, Minave Granite & Cabinets, has a physical presence in Port Richey City, with an address in Building 10123 on Ridgeway Dr Drive. They operate under various categories including kitchen remodeler, building materials supplier, and furniture store, indicating a wide range of services. However, their phone number is +17274241246, which may not be readily accessible to clients looking for immediate assistance.Their working hours, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, suggest a regular schedule, but they are closed on weekends, which might limit access for potential customers. The co-branding with Minave Granite & Cabinets suggests a collaborative business approach, possibly implying a shared commitment to customer satisfaction.Unfortunately, third-party ratings and client feedback paint a negative picture. With a rating of 1.0 from third-party sources and multiple complaints about unfulfilled promises and poor workmanship, Minave Granite & Cabinets has failed to impress its clients. Clients have reported issues with the quality of work, professionalism, and lack of progress on their projects. A significant concern is the hiring of unlicensed subcontractors who completed subpar work, violating local building codes. This lack of professionalism is a major red flag for potential customers, indicating that hiring them may lead to more problems than solutions. The reviews also mention instances where the owner, Henry, has been unresponsive and demanding more money from clients after they've already paid deposits. This behavior further undermines trust and suggests a lack of commitment to customer satisfaction.Considering these points, it's clear that Minave Granite & Cabinets has significant issues to address before it can be considered a reliable and trustworthy business.
