This housing development and home builder location in Lakeland City appears to be a well-regarded choice for those looking for a new home. The community of Millstone, developed by D.R. Horton, offers a range of homes with thoughtful design and attention to detail. The on-site services make it convenient for customers to access various services. The working hours are suitable for customers, allowing them to visit and engage with the team during most days of the week.Overall, the experience seems to be positive, with customers praising the homes, community, and staff. However, there seems to be a lack of information on the innovativeness of the business. The staff, such as Ray Colon, Jenifer Merchant, and the on-site team, have been praised for their helpfulness, communication, and professionalism. Customers have appreciated the smooth experience and the high-quality homes. Some have also noted the beautiful community and the energy-efficient features of the homes. However, there is an issue of how the business can maintain and improve its innovativeness, which could be a concern for potential customers.
