I visited this medical service location in Venice City, and it has a pleasant and professional atmosphere. The staff, including Cindi and Leah, are very pleasant and do their job efficiently. Phlebotomists are talented and quick. The lab services are easy to check in for, and the staff is friendly and helpful. However, there is one issue that I noticed: radiology services seem to have a delayed start time, and there is no clear signage to inform patients about this. This can be frustrating for people who value their time. On the positive side, the lab services have moved to a new location on Center Street, which seems to be better equipped to handle a larger number of patients. Overall, it's a good location, but it could improve in terms of communication and timeliness.
