The waiting area is comfortable and clean, with friendly staff to help with check-in and answer any questions. The doctors and nurses are knowledgeable and thorough, taking the time to explain each step of the procedure. They are highly skilled and up-to-date with the latest medical technology. It seems that the office is well-organized and efficient, with appointments running on schedule. Some patients even reported that the staff followed up with phone calls to check on their progress. Many patients have had Mohs surgery at this location, and most were very satisfied with the results. Some patients even mentioned that the staff made them feel like they were in good hands throughout the entire process. However, there was one patient who reported a poor experience with a nurse practitioner, stating that they were rude and nasty. Despite this isolated incident, most patients would highly recommend this medical service center to others.
