The shop itself is a small business, which adds to its charm. The reviews from satisfied customers praise the quality of the cabinets and countertops, as well as the excellent customer service provided by Mike Bethan. Many customers have appreciated the attention to detail and the fact that Mike stays on budget and on time. The installation process is also commended for being prompt and efficient. One customer, however, had a disappointing experience due to communication issues. They found it challenging to finalize an order due to lack of response from Mike. This issue highlights the importance of clear communication in a business.Overall, Mike's Cabinet Shop seems to excel in providing high-quality products and services. However, there may be room for improvement in terms of communication and addressing customer concerns in a timely manner.
