This location seems to be a reliable and trustworthy business, given its overall high rating. However, there was one negative experience mentioned by a client who felt ignored and didn't receive a response after reaching out multiple times. This lack of communication is unprofessional and may indicate a potential issue with customer service. The construction and modeling services offered by Midnight Coatings, including flooring contractor and concrete services, seem to be of high quality, as evidenced by the numerous positive reviews from clients. The company has a wide range of services, including epoxy floor coating, garage floor coating, and concrete work. The prices at Midnight Coatings appear to be very competitive, with many clients mentioning that they received great value for their money. The company's commitment to providing high-quality services at affordable prices is a significant advantage.Innovativeness is also a strong point for this business, as they seem to be constantly looking for new ways to improve their services and provide better results for their clients.Overall, Midnight Coatings is a solid choice for those in need of construction and modeling services, particularly for flooring and concrete work. However, the company's customer service and communication skills need improvement to address the concerns raised by one client.
