The location is a good choice for those looking for financial services. It is accessible, with features like wheelchair-accessible restrooms, parking lots, and entrances. The location is also convenient for drive-through service. The customer service is generally helpful, with some staff members going above and beyond to assist with banking needs. However, there is one issue with customer service, where some customers have experienced unhelpful and unresponsive staff.Despite the helpful staff, there have been issues with communication, such as automated phone systems and lack of timely response to customer inquiries. The bank's fees have been a point of contention for some customers, who have felt nickel-and-dimed with various charges. On the other hand, some customers have appreciated the bank's efforts to make their services more accessible, such as the ability to deposit checks at ATMs.Overall, the location seems to be a decent option for those seeking financial services, with a range of features and services available. However, the customer service can be hit-or-miss, and the fees may be a concern for some customers. As with any bank or credit union, it's essential to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
