This place is very good, the location is great, but I think they could be more diverse in their offerings. Accessibility is perfect, I could easily find a parking spot and get in. I didn't see much competition nearby, it's almost like they have a monopoly, but that doesn't mean they can be unaffordable. I don't know what Mid-America Apartment Community thinks, but they seem to be doing a good job here. However, it would be great if they offered more choices in their apartments, that would make this place even better. It's situated in a very convenient location, it takes me about 20 minutes to get to downtown Tampa. I would be happy to give them 5 stars, but the variety is what makes this place only 4 stars. The building is very well maintained, it's clear that they take pride in their work. I don't see many drawbacks to this location, the only thing is that I didn't see many restaurants nearby, but I'm sure it's not that far to go to other areas. Overall, this is a very solid choice, I would definitely recommend it to others.
