This location seems to be a reliable online store for pet supplies. The high overall score and quality of products are indicated by numerous positive reviews. Customers appreciate the quick shipping, reasonable prices, and personalized notes with their orders. Many reviewers mention that they have found unique products, such as Made in USA items, that they couldn't find elsewhere. Some customers even mention that they have returned to this store for repeat business and recommend it to friends and family. One reviewer did mention that they were initially dissatisfied with the company's response to a complaint, but this appears to be an isolated incident. Overall, this location seems to be a great option for pet owners looking for quality products and good customer service. However, there was an issue with free shipping being advertised but not applicable to certain states, including Alaska.
