This location has received mixed reviews from clients and tenants. While some have praised the property management services, professionalism, and honesty of Michael Zick, others have raised concerns about the quality of the properties managed, including issues with maintenance, unlivable conditions, and poor customer service. Despite these issues, the location has maintained a high overall rating, likely due to the overwhelmingly positive reviews from satisfied clients. However, the negative reviews highlight the need for improvement in quality control and tenant support. One of the highlighted issues is that some properties managed by Michael Zick need significant repairs and maintenance, which can lead to a decrease in quality of life for tenants. The pricing has been generally positive, with clients appreciating the value they receive for their money. However, the innovativeness of the location has been praised, with some clients expressing gratitude for the proactive and solution-oriented approach taken by Michael Zick.
