I was impressed by the overall experience at this medical service location. The staff was friendly and welcoming, making me feel at ease. The quality of care was high, with knowledgeable and attentive audiologists who took the time to explain everything clearly. Unfortunately, the pricing was not well-disclosed, making it difficult for me to budget for the services. On the other hand, the innovativeness of the services was impressive, with the latest technology being used to diagnose and treat hearing-related issues. The wheelchair accessibility features were a huge plus, making it easy for people with mobility issues to access the building. The co-branding with Michael D. Murphy, MS added to the credibility of the service. The main issue that prevented me from giving a higher rating was the unclear pricing policy. A clearer policy would make it easier for customers to plan and budget for their visits. Overall, I would recommend this location to anyone in need of medical service, especially those with hearing-related issues.
