This location seems to be a well-established and reliable tire shop with a good reputation among customers. The business has a small-town feel, with a family-owned and operated vibe that is evident in the reviews. The staff is described as friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient, with many customers praising their helpfulness and expertise.Customers praise the quick service, with many saying they were in and out within minutes or hours. The prices are considered reasonable, with some customers mentioning that they are often cheaper than big-box tire shops. The used tires are also praised for being reasonable in price. The location is open Monday through Friday from 8am to 5:30pm, with Saturday hours from 9am to 3pm. The business accepts various payment methods, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, and credit cards. The shop is wheelchair accessible, and customers can expect to find amenities such as a restroom and a mechanic on site.Despite the overall positive reviews, there are some issues that have been raised by customers. A few customers have mentioned that they were overcharged or sold tires that were not in good condition. One customer also mentioned that they were sold used tires with problems that were not disclosed to them. However, these issues seem to be relatively rare, and the business has generally been praised for its honesty and transparency. The only issue that is consistently mentioned throughout the reviews is the possibility of overcharging customers for services or selling them subpar products. Customers who have experienced this issue seem to have been isolated incidents, and the business has responded to these concerns with apologies and explanations. Overall, it seems that this location is a reliable and trustworthy option for customers looking for tire services.
