I had the opportunity to visit the location of MF Stump Grinding, which is situated at Building 3521, Aloha Dr Drive, Sarasota City. The company specializes in tree stump grinding and root removal services, offering free estimates and same-day service. The business hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM. The contact information includes a phone number (+19415457990) and a website (http://stumpgrindingtoday.com/). The company has an excellent reputation, with a 4.9-star rating on third-party platforms. The clients' feedback suggests that the company provides high-quality services, is very responsive, and has a competitive pricing policy. Many customers appreciated the professionalism and punctuality of Marcelino Fritz, the owner of MF Stump Grinding. Some customers mentioned that Marcelino went above and beyond to provide excellent service, including grinding stumps in tricky locations and removing additional stumps without extra charge. Others praised his honesty, fairness, and expertise in stump grinding. However, there was one instance where the customer was dissatisfied with the service. The company failed to deliver on its promise to grind the stump to a certain depth, leaving it above the ground. Unfortunately, the owner did not respond to the customer's concerns. Overall, MF Stump Grinding appears to be a reliable and professional service provider in the tree stump grinding industry. While there was one instance of a complaint, the majority of customers were highly satisfied with the service they received. The company's focus on customer satisfaction, combined with its competitive pricing and high-quality services, makes it a great choice for anyone in need of stump grinding services.
