This business has received excellent overall ratings from customers. Quality of service seems to be high, with customers consistently praising the staff for their helpfulness and friendliness. Pricing appears to be competitive, with many customers mentioning good deals and value for money. The staff's ability to explain and help customers with their needs is a notable strength, which contributes to the high innovativeness score. The variety of products and services offered by this business, including repair services and cell phone and device data plans, also suggests a willingness to innovate and meet customer needs. There seems to be an issue with the consistency of the sales staff. While most customers have praised the helpfulness and friendliness of the staff, some employees like Jose have become extremely popular among customers, making some people question if all employees are as good as Jose.
