This store provides a wide range of services and products for customers, including cell phone plans, devices, and accessories. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with many customers praising the excellent customer service they received. Some employees, like HATEM and Moe, have received special mention for their professionalism, kindness, and patience. The store is clean and well-maintained, with amenities like Wi-Fi available for customers. The accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, are also a plus. The store is open during regular business hours, except on Thursdays, when it is closed. However, there have been some issues with inconsistent hours and false advertising. One customer reported that the store was not open on Sunday, despite the sign saying it was, and another customer was misled about the price of a phone. These incidents highlight the need for better communication and transparency from the staff.Overall, this store is a good option for customers looking for cell phone plans, devices, and accessories, but it's essential to be aware of the potential issues with hours and pricing.
