This location is a well-established and reputable wireless provider, offering a wide range of services, including phone, tablet, and accessory sales, as well as cell phone and device data plans. The staff is generally knowledgeable and helpful, with many employees receiving praise for their excellent customer service. The store is located in the Village Lakes Shopping Center, making it easily accessible to customers. The working hours are convenient, with extended hours on weekdays and weekends. However, it's worth noting that the store is closed on Thursdays, which might be a drawback for some customers. One notable issue is that the store seems to have had some problems with customer service in the past, with a few customers experiencing frustration with the staff and resolving their issues. However, it's worth noting that these incidents are isolated and that the store has a good overall reputation.Despite these minor issues, the store's location and services make it a good option for customers looking for a wireless provider. The staff's knowledge and helpfulness are definite advantages, and the convenient working hours make it easy to visit the store during off-peak hours. Overall, this location is a solid choice for customers in the area.
