This location is convenient to visit due to its extended working hours, allowing customers to plan a quick visit during the day. People who work here are very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient, making it easy to find the right phone and deal. Unfortunately, there have been instances where customers were misled or received poor service, which is something the staff should avoid in the future. Staff also made mistakes, such as telling a customer a phone would take time to be available, despite there being one in stock. They also charged a customer for a service they did not ask for, and made a customer wait for 4 hours to be attended to. These are things they can work on to improve customer satisfaction.
