This business location is relatively consistent in its service. The staff is generally friendly and helpful, with many customers expressing gratitude for the assistance they received. The store's amenities, such as Wi-Fi and wheelchair accessibility, are also a plus. However, there are some issues with the staff's knowledge and ability to handle certain tasks, such as phone upgrades and repairs. One customer had a particularly poor experience, feeling that they were being upsold and that the staff were not knowledgeable about the products they were selling. Another customer had trouble with the store's ability to transfer their phone service, and had to go to another location to get it done.
