The building is easily accessible for people with disabilities, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, entrance, and restroom. Appointments are recommended for planning, but it's a good idea to call ahead to confirm.
The working hours are regular, with the office open from 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, Monday through Friday. However, the office is closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
The consultant's expertise and professionalism are highly praised by clients, who mention that Ruben helped them with various financial planning tasks, such as picking stocks, setting up retirement plans, and opening IRAs. Clients appreciate his knowledge, care, and directness, and consider him a trusted friend.
The only issue that can be noted is that some clients may feel that they need more personalized attention during appointments, which are recommended. However, this may be a minor adjustment for the consultant to make. Overall, the location provides a good service for those seeking financial planning advice.
