This location offers an excellent experience for those seeking adventure on the water. The staff's expertise in leading boat tours and charters is impressive, with many reviewers praising their knowledge of the area and ability to provide a fun and educational experience. The staff's customer service skills are also noteworthy, with many reviewers commenting on their friendly and helpful nature.
The location's commitment to safety is evident, as highlighted in several reviews. A standout example is the heroic rescue of three kayakers in rough weather by the crew of Mermaid Slayers. This display of bravery and selflessness is a testament to the crew's values and dedication to their customers' well-being.
The facility itself appears to be well-equipped and accessible, with wheelchair parking available. However, it's worth noting that the location's hours of operation are listed as 24 hours a day, which may not be typical for most businesses.
While the pricing score is not available, it's clear that many reviewers believe the location offers good value for the services provided. Some reviewers have mentioned the comfort and amenities of the boat, while others have highlighted the educational value of the tours.
One reviewer did mention a negative experience with the owner, who was perceived as unprofessional in his communication style. However, this appears to be an isolated incident, and many reviewers have had positive interactions with the staff.
