Meow Now is a community-driven organization that focuses on the welfare of homeless pets. With a history dating back to 1978, they have a strong presence in St. Petersburg, FL. Their dedication to the care and adoption of stray animals is admirable. Friends of Strays is a non-profit organization with a clear mission and a well-defined process for animal adoption. The staff and volunteers at Meow Now are responsive and proactive. Many reviewers have praised their professionalism and expertise in handling feral cat populations. They are willing to work with individuals and communities to provide Trap-Neuter-Return (TNR) services, which is a humane and effective approach to managing stray animal populations. However, there is one major concern that has been raised by some reviewers. One reviewer expressed frustration with the organization's handling of a feral cat colony, stating that the cats were not provided with adequate food or medical care after being spayed or neutered. This incident raises questions about the organization's ability to ensure the well-being of the animals in their care.Regarding pricing, there is not enough information available to provide a score. While some reviewers have mentioned that they have donated money to the organization, others have expressed concerns about the cost of services. Without more information, it is difficult to determine the pricing of Meow Now's services.Overall, Meow Now is a well-intentioned organization that is making a positive impact in the community. However, it is essential to ensure that the organization is providing the best possible care for the animals in their charge. To achieve this, they should work to address the concerns raised by reviewers and prioritize the well-being of the animals they are helping.
