The business is located in a convenient spot, accessible by a wheelchair parking lot. It operates with a consistent schedule from Monday to Friday. The staff appears to be knowledgeable and willing to take their time to make sure everything is done correctly. Piano technician/tuner, Mary Beth Tawes, is described as skilled and punctual. Pricing is reasonable considering the quality of services offered. From the provided feedbacks, the overall impression is that the business delivers high-quality services, with clients being highly satisfied with the results. The business also highlights its ownership by a woman, which might be an appealing feature to some clients. There is an instance where one client mentioned a slight sound issue between visits, but the problem was eventually addressed and resolved. The business web link is available, but the exact website content is not reviewed in this assessment. The business location can be contacted by phone during working hours.
