This landscaping business has received consistent praise from its clients, which is reflected in its high overall score. The quality of their work is also excellent, with many clients commenting on the beautiful results they achieved. One notable aspect is the business's attention to customer service, with several clients expressing gratitude for the friendly and professional service they received. The fact that the owner and his team are willing to go the extra mile, as evidenced by the story of helping a woman in distress, speaks to their commitment to customer satisfaction. However, there is one area that could be improved upon - communication and reliability of work completion, as seen in one review where the lawn installation suffered from a fungus due to a mistake. But, it's worth noting that the owner took responsibility for the issue and rectified the problem, showing a commitment to making things right.
