The business seems to have a mixed reputation, with both positive and negative reviews. Some customers praise the owner's skill and customer service, while others have had disappointing experiences. The prices seem to be competitive, but the quality of the work has been a concern for some. The business has a wide range of services, including alterations and bridal wear, but the availability of these services is not always consistent. The owner has made an effort to address customer concerns and improve their services, but it seems like there are still some issues to be worked out. Some of the common issues that have been mentioned by customers include:* Poor communication and customer service* Issues with the quality of the work, including uneven hems and stains on dresses* Problems with the availability of services, including delayed pick-ups and unavailability of certain types of alterations* Concerns about the prices, including the cost of alterations and the lack of transparency about costsOverall, it seems like this business has the potential to be a great resource for customers, but there are still some issues that need to be addressed.
