I had a mixed experience with Meineke Car Care Center located at 6850 N Dale Mabry Hwy. The staff was friendly and knowledgeable, but I did experience some issues. One of the issues I had was with my oil change, where the staff member seemed to be trying to upsell me on unnecessary repairs. However, when I expressed my concerns, they did apologize and seem to take my concerns seriously.The shop itself was clean and well-organized, with a comfortable waiting area. The technicians were efficient and did a good job on the repairs I needed. However, I did notice that there were some inconsistencies in the work done on my vehicle, which was concerning.One of the strengths of Meineke Car Care Center is their pricing. They were very competitive and transparent about the costs of the repairs. However, I did feel that they were trying to take advantage of me by upselling me on unnecessary repairs.In terms of innovativeness, I didn't see anything particularly impressive or cutting-edge about the shop. They were using standard equipment and procedures, but they did seem to be up-to-date on the latest technology.Overall, I would say that Meineke Car Care Center is a decent option for car repairs, but they need to work on improving their customer service and being more transparent about their repairs.
