MedUltima Aesthetics is a highly regarded medical spa located in Crystal River City, offering a range of healthcare services to patients aged 18 and above. The staff is welcoming and well-educated, providing excellent customer service. The office environment is clean, well-maintained, and beautifully decorated, creating a relaxing atmosphere for clients. The staff is professional and friendly, taking the time to understand clients' concerns and tailor treatments to their individual needs. They use a variety of services, including NAD infusion therapy, lip fillers, and body contouring, which are all reasonably priced. The team communicates effectively and responds promptly to clients' needs. However, there have been instances where clients have experienced long wait times or been turned away due to equipment availability, which can be frustrating. Despite this, the staff is committed to making things right and ensures that clients are well-informed and satisfied with their treatment.MedUltima Aesthetics values innovation, using advanced medical aesthetic treatments and techniques to achieve optimal results. The team is passionate about delivering exceptional services and making clients feel valued and confident. Overall, MedUltima Aesthetics is a great choice for those seeking medical aesthetic services in a professional and welcoming environment. One area for improvement is the management of clients' time, as some clients have experienced delays or been turned away due to equipment availability. However, this does not detract from the overall excellent service provided by the staff.
