This medical laboratory is a reliable option for people in Bartow City, with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance. The staff is generally friendly and professional, with many clients praising their politeness and efficiency. The lab offers a range of services, including drug testing, audiometric testing, and occupational health services. However, some clients have reported long wait times, and there is one issue with HIPAA law violation, which is a major concern. Prices seem to be in line with industry standards, but there have been some complaints about price increases over the years. The lab is open Monday to Friday, 8 am to 5 pm, but it is closed on weekends. The web link is available, and the phone number is easy to find. Overall, Medi-Test, Inc. seems to be a good option for people in need of medical testing services, but some improvements could be made to address the issues raised by clients.
