The business location on Erie Rd Road in Parrish City offers a range of services, primarily focused on transportation for individuals with mobility needs. While they have a wheelchair-accessible parking lot and entrance, some clients have experienced difficulties with communication and reliability. Several reviewers have reported frustration with phone unavailability and lack of response to messages, leading to cancellations and missed appointments. On the other hand, one reviewer praised the company for its thoughtful and reliable service, highlighting the professionalism of their drivers and clean, well-maintained vehicles. The pricing for services is reasonable, according to some reviewers, making it a viable option for those in need.
