This business location has some great strengths. The doctors, especially Dr. Paul Hellstern, are highly knowledgeable and skilled in their field. They take the time to listen and provide exceptional care. The office staff are also very polite and kind. Patients have reported feeling comfortable and well taken care of throughout their experience. One issue is getting in touch with the office, as some patients have had difficulty reaching someone by phone, and instead have to rely on call backs.However, the doctors and staff at this location have consistently received high praise for their care and professionalism. Many patients have been willing to drive long distances to see Dr. Hellstern and have reported that he is one of the few really good doctors left. The office itself is wheelchair accessible, which is a great feature for patients with mobility issues.Unfortunately, some patients have had negative experiences, citing issues with communication and follow-up care. However, these incidents seem to be isolated and not reflective of the overall quality of care at this location. With some improvements to communication, this business could truly excel.
