This medical facility is one of the best places to receive urgent care. The staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. Every single person I interacted with was friendly, comforting, and excelled at their role. They were very thorough and I will definitely be back and I highly recommend this place to anyone in need of urgent care. The facility is very clean and organized, and the wait times are minimal. The doctors and medical assistants are very knowledgeable and take the time to explain everything to you. They also follow up with you to check on your condition and make sure you're doing okay.One thing to note is that some patients have reported issues with the billing process, including being charged more than expected for services. However, this does not seem to be a widespread issue and the facility has made efforts to address these concerns.Overall, this facility is an excellent choice for anyone in need of urgent care. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, the facility is clean and organized, and the wait times are minimal.
