This location has been serving Tampa for over 70 years, with a reputation for same-day dry cleaning and free pickup and delivery. The staff is generally friendly and attentive, with some employees, such as Rosemary, going above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. However, there are some concerns with quality control, as some customers have reported receiving items with stains or damage. One of the major issues with this location is the inconsistency in quality. Some customers have reported having excellent experiences, while others have been left with subpar results. The staff's handling of customer complaints and issues has also been a point of contention, with some customers feeling that their problems are not being taken seriously. The location's pricing is generally competitive, although some customers have reported being overcharged for certain items. The NFC mobile payments and debit/credit card options make it convenient for customers to pay for their services. The location's innovativeness is evident in its use of modern technology, such as NFC mobile payments, but it could improve in its overall cleanliness and organization. One of the biggest concerns with this location is the lack of accountability when it comes to customer complaints. Some customers have reported feeling dismissed or ignored when trying to resolve issues with their orders. This lack of accountability can be frustrating for customers who are trying to get their problems resolved.Overall, this location has the potential to be a top-notch dry cleaner, but it needs to work on improving its quality control and handling of customer complaints. With some tweaks, this location could be a go-to destination for dry cleaning needs in Tampa.
