I had a mixed experience at MCM Beauty Elite. The staff, including Maryann, are highly skilled and do excellent work, with many clients praising their professionalism, punctuality, and quality of work. I personally appreciated the warm and welcoming atmosphere, and the variety of services offered, including permanent make-up and ombre eyebrow styling. Many clients have reported being extremely satisfied with their results, and some have even mentioned receiving compliments from others. The establishment is wheelchair accessible and has a convenient location, making it easily accessible to clients with mobility issues. However, one major issue I noticed was with scheduling appointments, as some clients have reported difficulty in getting follow-up appointments scheduled with Maryann, with excuses given for not being able to accommodate them at a convenient time. This has led to some clients feeling frustrated and disrespected, which is unfortunate given the high quality of work provided by the staff. Overall, I would recommend this establishment for its excellent quality of work and friendly staff, but be prepared for potential scheduling issues.
