This place is a great spot for those looking to explore the city's waterways. The staff are friendly and welcoming, making you feel right at home. Their selection of boat tours is impressive, with something for every taste and budget. The building itself is easily accessible, with a spacious parking lot and wheelchair-accessible entrance. One thing that could be improved is the lack of information about their travel services, making it difficult to determine what kind of packages they offer and what to expect. Overall, the location is clean and well-maintained, with a unique blend of modern and traditional decor. The agency is proud of its roots, identifying as Latino-owned and women-owned, which is definitely a plus in terms of diversity and representation. The phone number and website are readily available, making it easy to get in touch or book a tour online.
