This business location is a reliable and trustworthy option for those seeking a hassle-free car buying experience. The staff, particularly Ali, are professional, transparent, and genuinely dedicated to their clients. They go above and beyond to ensure every detail is handled with care and efficiency. The business offers a wide range of vehicles, including used cars, and has a reputation for honesty and fairness. One notable issue with this business is the potential for vehicles to have hidden problems or require costly repairs. While the business clearly discloses known issues, some customers have reported discovering problems after purchase, such as mechanical issues or missing parts. Additionally, the business operates on an "as-is" basis, which can leave customers vulnerable to costly repairs.Despite this potential issue, the business has a strong reputation for providing excellent customer service and a stress-free car buying experience. They offer competitive prices and a wide range of financing options, making them an attractive option for those seeking a reliable vehicle. The business's commitment to LGBTQ+ inclusivity and safety is also notable, with a dedicated transgender-friendly space and a team that prioritizes empathy and understanding. This commitment to inclusivity makes the business a welcoming and safe space for all customers.Overall, this business is a great option for those seeking a hassle-free car buying experience and a wide range of vehicles. However, customers should be aware of the potential for hidden problems or costly repairs and carefully review the business's policies and disclosures before making a purchase.
