This Mattress Firm location has consistently received high praise from customers for its excellent service and knowledgeable sales staff. Many reviewers have mentioned that the sales team is friendly, patient, and helpful in finding the perfect mattress. The store has a wide selection of high-quality mattresses and beds, and customers have been impressed by the prices and deals offered. However, some customers have noted that the delivery process can be slow, and one reviewer mentioned an issue with the returns department. Despite this, the majority of customers have reported having a positive experience at this location. One issue that stood out was the incomplete removal of shipping tags and care instructions from a mattress before it was delivered. While this was not a major problem, it did cause some inconvenience for the customer, and it highlights the importance of attention to detail in the delivery process.Overall, this Mattress Firm location is a great place to shop for a new mattress, with a knowledgeable and friendly staff, a wide selection of high-quality products, and competitive prices.
