Customers have praised the store for its knowledgeable and helpful staff, including salespeople like Ulysses, Charles, Jason, Ray, and Andy. They have been described as professional, patient, courteous, and knowledgeable, with some customers even mentioning that they felt no pressure to make a purchase.
One of the standout features of Mattress Firm Port Charlotte is its selection of mattresses. The store carries a wide range of brands and models, including memory foam and adjustable mattresses. Customers have praised the store for its ability to help them find the perfect mattress, with some even saying that they were able to find a mattress that they didn't even know existed.
The store also offers a variety of services, including installation, delivery, and removal of old mattresses. Some customers have praised the store for its convenient payment options, including NFC mobile payments, debit cards, credit cards, and checks.
However, there have been some issues with customer service, particularly with regards to exchanges and returns. One customer mentioned that they had to deal with a long and frustrating process when trying to exchange their mattress, and another customer mentioned that they were not satisfied with the store's response to their concerns.
Despite these issues, Mattress Firm Port Charlotte seems to be a well-regarded store with a wide selection of mattresses and knowledgeable staff. However, customers should be aware of the potential for issues with customer service and exchanges.
