The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, with many reviewers praising their excellent customer service. Ralphy, Lisandro, Edwin, and other sales representatives have been particularly commended for their professionalism, patience, and willingness to help customers find the perfect mattress. The store's working hours are quite flexible, catering to different schedules and needs. Monday to Saturday, the store is open from 9 am to 8 pm, with Sunday hours from 10 am to 6 pm. The address is Building 1255, Osceola Pkwy Parkway, Kissimmee City, making it easily accessible. Many reviewers have praised the store's quick visit and assembly services, making it convenient for customers to get their new mattress installed and set up without any hassle. The store also offers onsite services, in-store shopping, in-store pickup, and delivery options, making it a one-stop-shop for all your bedding needs. However, one reviewer had a disappointing experience with the quality of their mattress, which developed a noticeable bump after just a few months. They had to go through a lengthy process to claim the issue, which was not handled properly by the store.Overall, this showroom seems to be a great option for customers looking for a wide selection of high-quality mattresses and excellent customer service.
