This location offers a wide array of branded spring, memory foam & adjustable mattresses. Employees are known for being knowledgeable, patient, and helpful, often taking the time to answer questions and provide recommendations. Many customers have praised their excellent customer service and willingness to go above and beyond to ensure satisfaction. The store has a wide selection of mattresses to choose from, and staff are able to provide clear explanations of the features and benefits of each option. Some customers have noted that the store can be a bit pricey, but overall, the quality of the products and service make it a worthwhile investment. However, some customers have reported having issues with warranty claims and repairs. One customer reported a deep sagging issue with their Purple Hybrid Premier mattress, which was not honored by the warranty. The customer felt that the store was uncooperative and only offered a 20% discount, rather than a replacement or repair. This issue highlights a potential drawback of the store's warranty policy and the importance of carefully reviewing and understanding the terms and conditions before making a purchase.
