This Mattress Firm location in Lake Wales is a popular destination for customers seeking a wide array of branded mattresses. The showroom is well-stocked with a variety of spring, memory foam, and adjustable mattresses, making it easy for customers to find the perfect fit for their needs. The staff, particularly Michael, are knowledgeable and helpful, taking the time to answer questions and provide recommendations without being pushy. The store's location on Ridge Way Street is convenient, and the friendly team ensures a welcoming atmosphere. While the location has received mostly positive reviews, there is one issue that stands out - a customer had a negative experience due to a lack of transparency regarding a return fee. This highlights the importance of clear communication and transparency in the sales process.Overall, customers praise the store's friendly and knowledgeable staff, competitive pricing, and wide selection of mattresses. The store's location and accessibility features, such as wheelchair-accessible parking and entrance, make it an attractive option for customers with mobility needs. However, the lack of transparency in the sales process is a concern that the store should address to ensure a positive experience for all customers. The store's innovativeness score is 4.1, indicating that it has made efforts to stay up-to-date with the latest trends and technologies in the mattress industry. However, there is room for improvement in this area to stay ahead of the competition.Overall, Mattress Firm in Lake Wales is a solid choice for customers seeking a new mattress, but the store should focus on addressing the issue of transparency in the sales process to ensure a positive experience for all customers.
