The review is based on numerous positive and glowing reviews from customers who visited Mattress By Appointment in Lakeland. Most customers were impressed by the owner, Christopher, who provided excellent customer service, was knowledgeable about the products, and was willing to work with them to find the perfect mattress. Many customers praised the prices as being very affordable and a great value. The business has a unique approach, offering a wide selection of high-quality mattresses at discounted prices, which is a key factor in its innovativeness. Customers appreciated the fact that they could try out different mattresses in the store, and the business offered flexible payment options, including same-day delivery and financing options. Some customers even praised the business for its commitment to supporting local businesses and the community. However, one customer mentioned that they would have liked more time to try out the mattresses before making a purchase, but this was not a major issue for most customers. Overall, the business appears to be well-run, customer-focused, and dedicated to providing a great shopping experience.
