I visited the location of Matthew's Lawn Service, a business that offers services in Construction & Development, Landscape Design, and Lawn care. From the outside, the building at 85th Ave Avenue in Pinellas Park City appears to be well-maintained. The working hours are standard, with the business open from 7 am to 5 pm, Monday through Friday. The business has received mixed reviews from clients. Some customers have praised the company's services, stating that they do a great job at a reasonable price. However, others have expressed dissatisfaction with the quality of work, citing issues such as poor trimming, damage to property, and unprofessional behavior from staff. One client reported that their lawn care service was cut in the rain, resulting in uneven grass and poor cleanup. Another customer claimed that the company damaged their AC coil, leading to costly repairs. There have also been complaints about the language barrier between clients and staff, with some customers feeling ignored or spoken to in a manner they couldn't understand. In contrast, a few clients have praised the company's friendly and cooperative staff. It's worth noting that the business has had some issues with responsiveness and professionalism. However, the owner has been described as pleasant and willing to address customer concerns.Overall, the business seems to have its strengths and weaknesses, and it's essential to weigh the pros and cons before making a decision.
