The location is a decent home builder, with some notable issues. While the overall experience seems average, the quality of construction is only fair. One major issue is that kids and families with young children are not well-catered to in the community, which may be a significant drawback for some. On the other hand, the location is good, and the community amenities are a positive aspect. The company seems to be proactive in addressing customer complaints, which is a good sign. However, the issue of kids and family-friendly facilities needs to be addressed to improve overall customer satisfaction.
