This business location is a solid choice for those looking for a reliable home builder. The quality of construction is consistently good, with a focus on thoughtful upgrade touches throughout the homes. The pricing is reasonable, considering the quality of the homes and the community. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, making the buying process easy and seamless. The post-closing support is also excellent, with a commitment to ensuring the homeowner's satisfaction. However, the lack of clear and concise information on the company's website can make it difficult to navigate. One major drawback is the high price point for some of the homes, which may be a barrier for potential buyers. Additionally, some buyers may feel that the community is a bit too far out, which could impact its appeal to those looking for more convenience.
