This laundromat, located in Building 1416, S Evers St Street, Plant City City, has seen a decline in quality over the years. Despite its decent overall rating, the majority of the reviews point to issues with the machines. Several customers have reported that most machines are not functioning, making it a challenge to find one that works. This lack of reliability is a major drawback for any laundromat. The staff has also been criticized for their customer service. Some reviewers have mentioned that the staff is unhelpful and unresponsive, which is unacceptable for a business that relies on customers bringing in their dirty laundry. On the positive side, the laundromat has been praised for its cleanliness in the past. However, this seems to be a rarity, as many reviewers have mentioned that the facility has become rundown and neglected. One issue that stands out is the lack of maintenance and upkeep. The machines are not being regularly checked or repaired, resulting in a frustrating experience for customers. The bathroom is also often locked, which is inconvenient for customers who need to use it.The pricing of the laundromat is not well-documented in the reviews, but it's clear that the quality of service is not justifying the cost. Overall, this laundromat falls short of expectations in terms of quality and reliability.
