This business has a strong reputation, with an average rating of 4.8 from third-party reviews. The location is easily accessible, with working hours from 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday, and 10am to 3pm on Saturdays. The business is a custom home builder, offering a range of services including construction, remodeling, and custom design. The staff at Matlock Homes are known for being friendly and respectful, with many customers praising their professionalism and communication skills. The quality of work is generally high, with many customers expressing their satisfaction with the end result. The business is also praised for its attention to detail, with customers mentioning specific features such as custom backsplashes and spa-like bathrooms. One issue that stands out is the potential for delays in completion of projects, with one customer reporting that their 12-week project took 18 months to complete. However, this is not a universal experience, and many customers have reported successful projects completed on time and within budget. Overall, Matlock Homes appears to be a reliable and skilled business, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and quality workmanship. However, it's essential to carefully review contracts and project timelines to ensure that expectations are clear and met.
