I was pleased to discover Massey Services in Sarasota City, a reputable Landscaper, Construction & Development, Landscape Design, and Lawn care service provider. Their building on McIntosh Rd Road is easily accessible with a wheelchair-accessible parking lot, making it convenient for customers with mobility issues. With their professional team, including President and CEO Tony Massey, they have been delivering excellent services to their clients. The reviews from various customers praise their expert technicians, such as Samantha Bailey, who have provided top-notch services, including irrigation system repair and maintenance, lawn pest control, and weed control. Many customers appreciate their friendly and knowledgeable staff, who take the time to explain the services they provide and offer valuable advice on how to maintain a healthy lawn. One of the notable features of Massey Services is their commitment to customer satisfaction. They seem to go above and beyond to ensure their clients are happy with their services. They also offer a rewards program, allowing customers to refer friends and family in exchange for rewards.Unfortunately, not all customers have had a positive experience. There was one customer who reported a disappointing experience, citing that their lawn was worse than when they started using the service, and they encountered difficulty in contacting the company. However, it appears that Massey Services has taken steps to address these concerns and improve their service. In terms of pricing, many customers have praised the company for offering reasonable prices for their services. This is reflected in their overall pricing score of 4.7.Massey Services has also demonstrated innovativeness in their services, with a score of 4.5. This suggests that they are committed to staying up-to-date with the latest techniques and technologies in the industry.Overall, Massey Services in Sarasota City seems to be a reliable and trustworthy company that provides high-quality services to their customers. While there may be some areas for improvement, their commitment to customer satisfaction and innovative services makes them a great choice for those in need of landscaping, construction, and lawn care services.
