I had a very good experience with Massey Services. I hired them to take care of my lawn and irrigation system. They have a team of professionals who are knowledgeable and efficient. Samantha Bailey, one of their technicians, was very polite and courteous. She did a great job fixing my irrigation system and made sure everything was working properly. I appreciate her professionalism and work ethic.However, I did have one issue with my previous contract with them. It was not properly handled, and I had to follow up several times to get the work done. But they eventually fixed the problem and apologized for the inconvenience.Overall, I'm satisfied with the service I received from Massey Services. They are reliable, professional, and provide good value for the money. I would recommend them to my friends and family.But one thing that might be improved is the communication and organization within the company. Sometimes it takes a few calls and emails to get a response, and it would be nice to have a more centralized system for tracking and resolving issues.I also noticed that some of their technicians use old, broken-down trucks, which can be a bit unprofessional. But overall, the quality of their work and the professionalism of their staff make up for these minor issues.
