I visited MassageLuXe in Palm Harbor, FL, and had a mixed experience. The facility is clean and well-maintained, but the customer service was inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly and helpful, while others seemed unfriendly and uninterested.
The massage therapists I had were not skilled enough to address my specific needs, and I left feeling somewhat unsatisfied. The deep tissue massage was not as deep as I requested, and the Swedish massage was more like a light rubdown.
The pricing is reasonable, considering the services offered. However, I was surprised to find out that the membership program has some hidden fees and charges. Be cautious when signing up for the membership, as it may not be as beneficial as it seems.
